November 12, 2009. MediaTakeOut.com just learned that FLAV is in hot water. According to our pals over at Detnews.com, Flav owes 180 STACKS worth of back takes to the state of California. Here's how they're reporting it:
Flav, 50, real name William Drayton, is a member of legendary rap group Public Enemy, and lately has starred in several seasons of VH1's reality show "Flavor of Love."
What's owed - The state of California filed an $183,810 lien against Drayton on Sept. 17 in Sacramento County Court.
